4:30pm ~ AMRAP  

5:30 ~ Top 40     

 

Friday:

9:00am ~ Weights Gone Wild      

9:30am ~ Fit for Life

10:00am ~ Cardio Fit     

 

All Saturdays:        No Saturday Classes 

 

Standard
